Job Description

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3 month contract!

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical support to the Talent Acquisition team by identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support full-cycle recruiting activities and maintain recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct targeted searches to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications against job requirements.

Candidate Screening

  • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and interest in opportunities.
  • Assess candidate fit based on job requirements, competencies, and organizational culture.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the ATS.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
  • Manage interview calendars and communicate scheduling logistics to all participants.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional interview experience for candidates.
  • Confirm interview appointments and provide follow-up communications as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, administrative, or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
